You get the big picture, realizing it&rsquo;s always rooted in serving up an authentic Texas experience, one plate at a time.&nbsp;</p><p>The guest&rsquo;s experience is very important to us - they&#39;re why we keep doing what we&#39;re doing. &nbsp;At Goode Company the Busser is key to making that happen. &nbsp;You understand the fine balance of service and help provide exceptional service to our customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. &nbsp; The Busser resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests, removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, as well as quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests. Our Bussers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of &nbsp;maintaining Goode Company&#39;s high sanitation standards. &nbsp;You keep your work station clean and sanitary at all times, because you know it is a direct reflection on you.&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and previous experience is preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, hospitality skills and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after</li><li>Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers</li><li>Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.</li><li>Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.&nbsp;</li><li>Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house</li><li>Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices</li><li>Present a professional and clean appearance at all times</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred</li><li>Previous experience preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills, verbal and written</li><li>Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed</li><li>Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices</li><li>Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Food Handler Certified</li></ul><p><br><strong>WHERE WE MEET:&nbsp;</strong>You take joy in what you do, and we take pride in finding folks like you.
