In this role, you’ll shape initiatives that strengthen Reliable Controls’ culture, spark employee engagement, and fuel long-term growth. By blending thoughtful coaching, smart use of data, and seamless collaboration across departments, you’ll create a workplace where people thrive, leaders grow, and the organization continues to succeed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In this role you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide timely, people-focused support and guidance to employees and managers across a wide range of People &amp; Talent matters</li>\n<li>Coach managers and employees through performance conversations, development planning, and complex situations, building capability and confidence at all levels</li>\n<li>Assess risk, gather context, and provide balanced, business-aligned recommendations across employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation</li>\n<li>Deliver People &amp; Talent initiatives that advance organizational priorities, from performance management and total rewards to engagement and workforce planning</li>\n<li>Partner with teams across multiple offices and locations, navigating the complexity that comes with a distributed and growing organization</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives</li>\n<li>Mentor team members, facilitate training programs, and champion continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements, including internal processes and audits</li>\n<li>Leverage people data and insights to support decision-making and identify trends</li>\n<li>Continuously look for opportunities to improve People &amp; Talent function and actively seek opportunities to improve practices, processes, and tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This role might be right for you if you have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of progressive People &amp; Talent / HR experience, ideally in an advisory or business partner role</li>\n<li>Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field (CPHR designation is an asset)</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Experience in employee relations, performance management, and People &amp; Talent program development</li>\n<li>Proven ability to coach and influence leaders while building trusted relationships across all levels</li>\n<li>Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to use people data to guide decisions</li>\n<li>A high level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to act with discretion, respect, and empathy</li>\n<li>Experience interpreting and applying HR policies and employment legislation in a practical, business-aligned way</li>\n<li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing needs</li>\n<li>Confidence in your expertise, balanced with curiosity and openness to feedback</li>\n<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with HR systems</li>\n<li>A commitment to continuous improvement and a thoughtful, balanced approach to your work</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive Compensation &amp; Rewards: </span>Your hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed.
