On a daily basis, you’ll lead a team through supervision, training and coaching to ensure the team delivers a quality roof decking system to the customer. You’ll also ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background providing training, leadership, and fostering teamwork in construction projects with an emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency. We operate primarily in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Supervise the entire roof decking process and team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Plan daily work goals to complete jobs on time while ensuring both efficiency and quality </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Conduct on-site safety meetings and ensure all safety protocols are being followed </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Supervise, train and coach crew members and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Communicate with the superintendent and office support personnel to provide updates and address any issues or concerns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are used in the proper manner and properly maintained</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Maintain an accurate equipment &amp; materials inventory </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Maintain a work environment that adheres to all company and OSHA standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Submit timely and accurate timesheets, expense reports, delivery tickets, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Overtime as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Travel to various job sites, 75% weekday overnight travel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Must be able to lift, push, or pull heavy equipment (50 – 75 pounds)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Must possess good manual dexterity to climb around equipment and job site</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 18px\">Ability to work at heights as well as access heights from a ladder</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Employees may be required to perform any other job-related tasks as requested by the Superintendent </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Must enjoy working outside in all weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Ability to work occasional weekend day(s)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">90-day Probationary period </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Bilingual a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">REQUIREMENTS - <em>Bonitz of Georgia is a drug-free workplace</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Potential candidates must be willing to submit to and meet the requirements of a preemployment drug screening and physical </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">3 years of experience in the commercial construction industry </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Experience in concrete work preferred but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Normal vision and hearing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Acceptable driving record per MVR guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">High school diploma or equivalent </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Willingness to travel </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">30-hour OSHA certification helpful but not required.
