This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting experience who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offers</li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies</li>\n<li>Create engaging job postings and proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and outreach</li>\n<li>Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and facilitate communication with candidates and hiring teams</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li>\n<li>Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives</li>\n<li>Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires</li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field</li>\n<li>1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency)</li>\n<li>Talent acquisition experience in construction/trades is preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities</li>\n<li>Experience using an ATS (e.g., Paylocity, BambooHR, Workday, etc.) is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive wages</li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits to include medical, dental, vision, disability, among other voluntary options</li>\n<li>Employer paid short-term disability and life insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company contribution and profit-sharing eligibility</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>Six (6) paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)</li>\n<li>Career growth and advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>A positive work/life balance</li>\n<li>Collaborative and supportive team culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Dubak Electrical Group, LLC and its affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
