      "content": "\n<li>Demonstrated success leading and inspiring management, technical and design staff.</li>\n<li>10 years’ experience in the AEC industry.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in the Healthcare Market.</li>\n<li>Proven track record in the state of CA with OSHPD/HCAI experience.</li>\n<li>Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required. Architecture license required, preferably in the state of California.</li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project (or similar), Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar).</li>\n<li>Familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro &amp; Microsoft Teams (digital collaboration tools).</li>\n"
