With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Examine equipment to diagnose trouble and effect repairs or replacement of broken parts.  </li>\n <li>Adjust functional parts of equipment as required.  </li>\n <li>Must adhere to established industry and safety practices.  </li>\n <li>Inspect completed work and ensure that work conforms to requirements of local building and safety codes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>- Industry approved apprenticeship program or equivalent OJT work experience- Good communicator/team player- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions managing assignments per shift- Ability to TIG weld and maintain certifications</p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent education.</li>\n <li>Journeyman card is preferred.</li>\n <li>Welding experience. </li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years work experience which relates to the pipefitting maintenance field such as fabrication, installation and repair of industrial piping systems. </li>\n <li>A thorough knowledge of maintenance techniques, material, tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow and carry out written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations. </li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment operation experience is desirable. </li>\n <li>Ability to work a variety of shifts including rotating shift assignment. </li>\n <li>Ability to function well as a member of the work team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $51.97 - $54.70 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
