It is currently the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our Femtech solutions are proudly produced at two MDSAP-certified, carbon neutral, LEED Gold certified, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Costa Rica and are approved for sale in more than 85 countries.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Since 2018 the company trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol ESTA and has a market cap of around $1.8 billion.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative international company in hyper-growth as we launch a significant revolution to transform the women´s aesthetics industry.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objective:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Apply engineering principles during the design, construction and operation of current manufacturing equipment or new equipment development projects, to improve costs, reliability, functionality, maintenance and operation, and product quality.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main responsabilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop new  manufacturing equipment, ensuring alignment with quality standards and company needs.</li>\n<li>Perform validations of industrial equipment and software, ensuring their functionality and efficiency in the production process.</li>\n<li>Update documentation and procedures related to current manufacturing equipment and new equipment development projects.</li>\n<li>Support in the acquisition, evaluation, and purchase of equipment necessary for the production process, ensuring effective integration.</li>\n<li>Provide technical support during the integration of research and development (R&amp;D) products into the manufacturing process.</li>\n<li>Coordinate and ensure the work performed by contracted companies, maintaining quality and safety standards in the work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering careers related to mechanics, electric, industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electronics or similar.</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in automation (PLC, PID, VFD, HMI, etc.), pneumatics and hydraulics.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of electrical, control and mechanical drawings, and process flowcharts.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge in the use of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD, Excel, Minitab, Microsoft Word, Power Point.</li>\n<li>2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, focused on the manufacture of medical devices, pharmaceutics, electronics, or high volume production.</li>\n<li>B2 or equivalent English Level.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Important Note: This job description includes the necessary aspects required to evaluate this job position.
