    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Touro's Lander College of Men is hiring a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor of Marketing. The professor is responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, student advisement, grading, assessment, and course scheduling as a member of the business department.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares and delivers lectures to undergraduate students.</li>\n <li>Teaches a range of Marketing courses.</li>\n <li>Is also able to teach one course in Principles of Management and Business Policy.</li>\n <li>Prepares course materials including syllabi, exams, homework assignments, and handouts.</li>\n <li>Creates a classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and learning.</li>\n <li>Prepares students for assessments and providing helpful performance feedback.</li>\n <li>Maintains regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students.</li>\n <li>Keeps up to date with advancements in the field and integrating new knowledge into curriculum.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/ Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Master’s degree in Marketing required; Ph.D. preferred.</li>\n <li>At least three years of previous undergraduate level or higher teaching experience required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability and passion to teach.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of Marketing.</li>\n <li>Ability to make decisions and solve problems.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform administrative activities.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty and colleagues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Maximum Salary</h2>USD $87,410.00/Yr.\n<h2>Minimum Salary</h2>USD $69,928.00/Yr.",
