This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our team's success. <br><br><strong>Job responsibilities  &nbsp;</strong></div><div style=\"font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;\"><ul><li>Support team management in overseeing daily Fund Services operations, ensuring smooth execution of Depositary activities.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of Depositary Records in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client agreements.</li><li>Proactively escalate unclear or time-sensitive instructions to mitigate operational risk.</li><li>Maintain adherence to internal controls, ensuring consistent application of the 4-eyes principle.</li><li>Respond to internal stakeholder queries with high levels of accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial markets, fund structures, and operational processes.</li><li>Drive process improvements, including enhancement of procedures, controls, and efficiency.</li><li>Support preparation of departmental KPIs, internal projects, and system testing initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate client, investor, and regulatory reporting, while supporting investigation and resolution of client queries in coordination with relevant teams and OCM.</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div style=\"font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;\"><ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience, including exposure to reconciliation, fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit environments.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in BAU controls, including reconciliations, exception management, and query resolution in a deadline-driven setup.</li><li>Thorough understanding of maker-checker (4-eyes) controls, with focus on maintaining robust control evidence and audit trails.</li><li>Ability to identify control gaps, raise issues, and drive them through to resolution with proper documentation and follow-up.</li><li>Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across upstream and downstream stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrates SME-level expertise, acting as a process coach and guiding team members on controls and best practices.</li><li>Proactive in identifying risks and escalating potential issues in a timely and structured manner.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.</li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency (lookups, pivots, formulas) with a continuous improvement mindset, contributing to process standardization and clear stakeholder communication.</li></ul></div>",
