Accountability is to the Building Service Manager.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Schedule shift employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise and direct shift personnel to include all housekeeping and grounds employees.</li><li>Supervise contractual labor.</li><li>Help assist with snow removal.</li><li>Supervise the handling of all cleaning supplies.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is stored properly.</li><li>Keep accurate weekly inventory count.</li><li>Issue personnel disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Make recommendations related to hiring, firing or other changes in employee status.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Building Service Manager.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Join the most exciting team in town!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Indiana Convention Center &amp; Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) is a powerhouse destination for some of the largest events in the country.
