font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role:</span><span> </span>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to:</span><span> </span>BCBA Supervisors / Program Lead<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose:</span><span> </span>Implement evidence-based ABA and direct-instruction strategies under supervision, contribute to data collection and progress monitoring, and support students aged 3–13 in achieving targeted learning and social outcomes.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement individualized ABA and direct-instruction plans under the supervision of a BCBA.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect reliable data on target behaviors and skills; maintain accurate session notes and data sheets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver structured, data-driven instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, and functional skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate Occupational Therapy-inspired strategies to support sensory-motor development as appropriate (within RBT scope and supervision).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor student safety, implement behavior support plans using positive, respectful approaches.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, therapists, and families to support consistent programming.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a supportive, encouraging learning environment; promote student independence and generalization of skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required:\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum high school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.</li>\n<li>Current RBT certification from the BACB (or eligibility to enroll in the next available supervision window; willing to pursue certification if not yet certified).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior reduction strategies.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a child-centered approach.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check and TB screening.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred:\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Direct Instruction and/or Precision Teaching.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting neurodiverse learners aged 3–13.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with integrated therapy approaches (e.g., OT-informed strategies) and collaborative care models.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;
