    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Assist the Food Safety Manager&#160;to coordinate, develop, implement the food safety/security regulations, policies and procedures for packing, cooling and farming operations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with training for food safety and quality requirements</li><li>Maintain documentation such as SOP&#8217;s, as well as maintenance of manuals, policies and procedures as related to any food safety concerns</li><li>Conduct internal facility food safety audits as well assist with third party audits</li><li>Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all products coming in and out of the facility meet food safety standards in addition to quality standards</li><li>Update existing food safety procedures and documentation per changing requirements</li><li>Work closely with Packing and Cold Storage and Field Managers on any food safety or quality assurance issues</li><li>Ensure that all company food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed and documented correctly at all times</li><li><strong>Other duties, will be assigned</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2-3 years of food safety experience, knowledge and experience with HACCP, USDA, or FDA preferred.</li><li>Previous experience with SQF, GFSI, Primus, BRC, GMP&#8217;s, GAP&#8217;S and/or USDA audits desirable</li><li>Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)</li><li>Must be flexible with work hours and days</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer skills, including e-mail, Microsoft Office, Famous Software</li><li>Experience with Facility&#160;Sanitation</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits </strong></p><ul><li>Medical</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above.&#160; If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.</span></span></span></span></p><p>&#160;</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Pay Range</span></span></span></strong><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"> ($19.00 min - $22.00 max)/hour</span></span></span></p>",
