    "requisitionDescription": "<p id=\"isPasted\">The Senior Manager, Equipment Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the completion of day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of equipment, hardware, and tooling associated with the manufacture and testing of Integrated Circuits. The position requires directing and coordinating the daily work of employees who repair and maintain equipment and machinery across multiple shifts and buildings. The Manager, Equipment Maintenance is required to review future department requirements and develop plans and projects to meet the business needs.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Establish and maintain Equipment Maintenance department procedures and processes that meet all applicable internal and external standards; including but not limited to ISO19001, IATF19695, and ISO14001.</li><li>Establishes short- and long- term objectives and key process indicators (KPI&rsquo;s) for the Equipment Maintenance department. Manage and report on department objectives and KPI&rsquo;s. Develop plans to address department non-conformances if not meeting objectives and KPI&rsquo;s.</li><li>Develop and manage financials including budget preparation and administration, CAPEX purchasing, documentation draft &amp; review, and monitoring departmental expenditures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure production equipment is maintained and operational to minimize equipment downtime.</li><li>Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures, ensuring calibrations and work is performed to the required schedule and timing requirements.</li><li>Establish, implementation, and maintain Total Productive Maintenance Program (TPM).</li><li>Manage external vendor relationships for repair of equipment, hardware, and tooling.</li><li>Monitor equipment, hardware, tooling, and spare part inventory&rsquo;s condition and stock.</li><li>Responsible for participating in and implementing lean manufacturing programs such as Kaizen and 6S.</li><li>Oversight of on-time installation of equipment, per project timelines.</li><li>Oversight of employee competency and skill review and for providing feedback and growth opportunities</li><li>Creating SMART goals for department and employees</li><li>Create and manage strategic and tactical resource plans for equipment and staffing.</li><li>Interact frequently with external vendors and multiple internal departments to facilitate the operation, repair, and installation of equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment; or other equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years management experience.</li><li>Demonstrable knowledge and application of preventative maintenance techniques/scheduling.</li><li>Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing dynamics including constraint management to be used in selecting daily tactical actions.</li><li>Demonstrable mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance, to augment equipment knowledge for more efficient problem solving.</li><li>Demonstratable ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems using data-based decision making.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt successfully to a multi-priority environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.</li><li>Demonstrable problem solving, project &amp; time management, and prioritization skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a Standard and Poor&rsquo;sSmallCap 600 and Russell 3000 Index company, is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products within the broad discrete, logic, and analog semiconductor markets. &nbsp;Diodes serves the consumer electronics, computing, communications, industrial, and automotive markets.&nbsp;</p><p>We offer a competitive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k with company match, company paid Short Term and Long-Term disability and standard life insurance policy. &nbsp;We also provide paid time off and an employee wellness program.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>\n",
