Our specialized delivery approach gives us an edge on the competition by providing world class service at an affordable price.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Location Manager is responsible for managing daily responsibilities of In-Home Delivery Contract Carrier teams in support of the TopHAT corporate office to promote the achievement of set long-term goals for TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Routing daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.</li>\n <li>Dispatching 5+ in home delivery teams through multiple stops</li>\n <li>Completing weekly billing + claims forms and submitting through NetSuite.</li>\n <li>P+L Budgeting responsibility.</li>\n <li>Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.</li>\n <li>Recruit and maintain a roster of high performing independent contract carrier delivery teams.</li>\n <li>Daily stand-up chats with teams before load out.</li>\n <li>Daily supervision of load out to ensure product quality assurance is being conducted.</li>\n <li>Local ride behind routes to ensure satisfaction of customers by carrier teams.</li>\n <li>Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.</li>\n <li>Build relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements. </li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Wellness is our Focus:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependents</li>\n <li>Employee, Spousal, and Child Life Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Wellbeing:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Generous 401(k) matching retirement plans</li>\n <li>Pre-tax savings plans, HSA</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Flexibility and Time Off:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and disability leave.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Employment Type & Hours:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.</li>\n <li>Hours are 6:00am to 2:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday</li>\n <li>Possible overtime during peak season</li>\n</ul>\n<p>TopHAT is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate Degree in related field. Bachelor's Degree a plus.</li>\n <li>2-4 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.</li>\n <li>Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.</li>\n <li><p>Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred. </p></li>\n <li>NetSuite/P&L/DOT regulations experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.</li>\n</ul>",
