  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Provide quality and consistency in all assigned workouts throughout all levels of ability.</li><li><!--block-->Attend meets and practices as needed.</li><li><!--block-->Write and implement workouts for each practice as instructed by head coach.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain a professional image and manner consistent with the YMCA mission and goals at all times.</li><li><!--block-->Engage in active listening with members in order to build relationships, understand each individual’s goals and interests and take the initiative to assist in the achievement of those goals.</li><li><!--block-->All other duties as assigned.</li><li><!--block-->At least 18 years of age.</li><li><!--block-->No experience necessary, training to be completed on site.
