    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h1><strong>MRB Design Engineer III-IV</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Tulsa, OK – On-site (Office-Based Role)</h1>\n<p>💰 <strong>Pay Range:</strong> $66.00 – $72.00/hour🎯 <strong>Retention Bonus:</strong> $5,000 after 12 months🚚 Relocation support available for out-of-state candidates</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Expleo is seeking<strong> </strong>mid-to-senior<strong> MRB Design Engineers </strong>(Levels 3–4) to deliver high-impact engineering decisions across complex aerospace nonconformances.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for engineers who are confident working independently, influencing technical outcomes, and solving challenging structural issues in a documentation-driven environment.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform end-to-end MRB analysis and disposition for complex nonconformances</li>\n <li>Evaluate structural impact on fit, form, function, and airworthiness</li>\n <li>Develop innovative repair and rework strategies</li>\n <li>Lead coordination with Design, Stress, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers</li>\n <li>Provide technical justification and documentation for all MRB decisions</li>\n <li>Support and lead customer-facing discussions</li>\n <li>Mentor junior engineers (Level 3) and guide teams (Level 4)</li>\n <li>Drive process improvements and technical consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What This Role Is</h2>\n<p>✔ Independent MRB decision-making✔ Complex engineering problem-solving✔ Technical leadership and influence</p>\n<h2>What This Role Is Not</h2>\n<p>✖ Routine or entry-level engineering✖ Production-floor firefighting✖ Low-impact approval work</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET preferred)</li>\n <li>Engineering degree must be ABET-accredited and recognized under the Washington Accord</li>\n <li>5 - 9+ years MRB/aerospace experience with expert-level capability</li>\n <li>Previously held MRB signing authority or delegated technical approval within the past 3–5 years (preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of metallic and composite structures</li>\n <li>Experience with Boeing platforms (737/787 preferred)</li>\n <li>Prior MRB authority or delegation experience preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency in CATIA V5 and MRB systems</li>\n <li>Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and specifications</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of SAP NCMS or similar nonconformance management systems</li>\n <li>Prior DOA experience, concessions training, TIPQA, or equivalent exposure is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Three thousand dollars retention sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment</p></li>\n <li>Additional relocation bonus for out of state candidates</li>\n <li>Competitive hourly rate ($66–$72)</li>\n <li><p>Five thousand dollars retention bonus after 12 months of employment</p></li>\n <li><p>3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off and paid holidays</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) with company match</p></li>\n <li><p>Stable, office-based work environment</p></li>\n <li>Long-term role with retention incentive</li>\n <li><p>Supportive, collaborative engineering culture</p></li>\n</ul>\n<strong>About Expleo</strong> \n<p>Expleo is a global engineering, technology, and consulting service provider with 18,000 employees in over 30 countries.
