If so, this Accounting Clerk opportunity is for you! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Corporate Controller, you will take part in the day-to-day activities of our finance department and play a key role in the smooth running of our accounting operations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the entry and validation of accounting transactions</li>\n <li>Help prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations</li>\n <li>Contribute to the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable</li>\n <li>Support the team in preparing internal financial reports</li>\n <li>Participate in certain month-end activities based on level of experience</li>\n <li>Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents</li>\n <li>Perform any other related tasks to support the accounting team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Be enrolled in a university program (Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting or Finance) or a technical program (DEC in Accounting and Management Techniques)</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong interest in accounting and finance within a corporate environment</li>\n <li>Be able to use the Microsoft Office suite effectively, especially Excel</li>\n <li>Show rigor, strong analytical skills, and great attention to detail</li>\n <li>Demonstrate autonomy while working effectively within a supportive team environment</li>\n <li>Act with discretion and respect the confidentiality of information</li>\n <li>Be familiar with accounting software (an asset)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>InnovMetric offers excellent working conditions:</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<strong> </strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Flexible work schedule</li>\n <li>Free tea, coffee, and parking</li>\n <li>Experienced colleagues who enjoy sharing their expertise</li>\n <li>Sports and social activities as well as IMBand music group (check it out on Youtube!)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who are we?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>InnovMetric is an independent software development company that empowers manufacturers of every size to digitally transform their 3D measurement processes.
