This seasoned strategist will not only understand current finance and accounting practices and trends but also will have experience raising capital and adapting to change, whether through growth or downsizing. The CFO is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial strategies, financial planning &amp; analysis, cash management, capital expenditures, and financial control systems.
