    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>We are hiring an <strong>Activities Assistant for Memory Care</strong> at <strong>The Newbury of Brookline</strong> in Brookline Massachusetts to provide exemplary service to residents through presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Availability:</strong> Sunday/Monday 9:30am-6:30pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $22.50-$23/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs</li>\n <li>Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate</li>\n <li>Implement a variety of group and individual Wellness programs</li>\n <li>Work with volunteers and community groups to implement various programs</li>\n <li>Assist in setting up Wellness and community events</li>\n <li>Assist with scheduling transportation as required</li>\n <li>Drive vehicles as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>High school graduate</li>\n <li>One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)</li>\n <li>Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and proof of good driving record</li>\n <li>Commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one within reasonable time of employment (as required)</li>\n <li>First Aid Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
