Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary point of escalation and strategic advisor for client Project Managers and IT Heads, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities and business goals. Adoption & Change Management: Design training programs and \"AI-readiness\" workshops to help traditional legal teams transition to AI-enhanced workflows.
