This position requires a proactive, team‑oriented leader who can collaborate effectively with managers, clients, suppliers, and field personnel.</p> \n<strong>Benefits include Family Medical Care Plan, National Electrical Benefit Fund & National Electrical Annuity Plan. </strong>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3> </h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and supervise construction activities, including methods, sequencing, manpower needs, material requirements, equipment, and work schedules.</li>\n <li>Lead, train, and mentor field staff while fostering a strong team environment.</li>\n <li>Manage day-to-day operations of multiple mid-sized projects through assigned Electrical Foremen.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure critical path activities stay on track.</li>\n <li>Communicate site issues, schedule changes, conflicts, and quality concerns to the Project Manager and owner in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve field construction challenges.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, inspections, and other requirements.</li>\n <li>Monitor compliance with all safety program requirements; ensure weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks are completed and corrective actions are taken as needed.</li>\n <li>Support the Safety Department with incident or accident investigations.</li>\n <li>Ensure all subcontractors understand and fulfill their contractual scopes, schedules, and quality expectations.</li>\n <li>Assist the Project Manager with quality control, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and dispute resolution.</li>\n <li>Work with Project Managers and owner representatives to ensure installation meets drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Support Project Managers with claim negotiations, change management, and cost/schedule forecasting.</li>\n <li>Contribute to project closeout activities and ensure punch lists are completed promptly.</li>\n <li>Mentor Project Associates assigned to the project.</li>\n</ul>  \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of <strong>three years of experience</strong> as an Electrical Superintendent or Electrical General Foreman (or higher).</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>mid-sized tenant buildouts</strong> and <strong>commercial renovation projects</strong> preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and supervision of small to mid‑sized teams.</li>\n <li>Strong organization, multitasking, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency preferred.</li>\n</ul> #miller#LI-JG1#LI-on-site\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
