    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>\n<p><span>We have an exciting opportunity for a high impact finance leader at Fluke Health Solutions.&nbsp;This role provides partnership to company leadership with growth potential for candidates interested in career advancement.&nbsp; As the Finance Manager, you will partner with a Business Unit General Manager to deliver against company goals and maintain our controls environment.&nbsp; You will apply your knowledge, communication skills, and analytical talent to set the financial path and deliver results.&nbsp; This role will report directly to the FHS CFO.</span></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Partner with level 1 leadership to deliver on financial goals.</span></li>\n <li><span>Own the P&amp;L for a hardware manufacturing business unit.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mentor FP&amp;A talent to build an organization of high impact players with a pathway for continued career advancement.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop financial acumen in business partners to improve understanding of how decisions impact results.</span></li>\n <li>Provide succinct and clear communication to leadership and business partners that generates insight and action.</li>\n <li>Drive profitable growth by working alongside commercial, product and engineering teams to solve problems and close gaps.</li>\n <li><span>Advance our controls environment by ensuring strong cost visibility throughout the organization as well as accountability to monthly, quarterly and full-year budgets.</span></li>\n <li><span>Operate from a baseline of strong analytical and data-based logic in the development of forecasts, problem solving, and project delivery.</span></li>\n <li>Maintain a growth mindset in personal development as well as team development.</li>\n <li><span>Function as a strategic thought leader within your business unit with a drive to innovate and a passion for execution.</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with the accounting team to ensure SOX and accounting policy compliance across the business.</span></li>\n <li>Drive process improvements and efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Dive in and roll up sleeves to assist global team as needed.</li>\n <li>Lead various projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting. Masters preferred.</li>\n <li>5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance with commercial, product development and operations experience.</li>\n <li>3+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manufacturing experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in hardware service environments a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience in SaaS or ARR business models a plus.</li>\n <li>Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office required. Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI, or related visualization applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a high paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively work in a multi-location organization and adapt to local cultures.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel as needed, up to monthly.</li>\n</ul>",
