          "text": "<p><strong>TEAM LEADERSHIP &amp; DELIVERY</strong></p><p>Lead a team of analysts to deliver strategic reports, insights, and analyses that drive informed decision-making.</p><p>Lead a team of six analysts to deliver comprehensive, centralized process-related, tactical, and exploratory sales reports, as well as national scorecards for Sales, Talent, and Operations.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE &amp; DATA STRATEGY</strong></p><p>Lead the evolution of RBDC's business intelligence architecture, including data governance, reporting platforms, cloud-based data environments, and self-service analytics capabilities.</p><p>Ensure that reporting suites continue to evolve to support distribution and sales growth by leveraging data insights and identifying innovative data solutions.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT &amp; COLLABORATION</strong></p><p>Partner with RBNA Sales LT and reporting teams to ensure alignment across company reporting and strategic objectives.</p><p>Collaborate with departments to define performance measurement methodologies, including KPI selection and tracking mechanisms.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>SALES DATA &amp; INSIGHTS GENERATION</strong></p><p>Leverage expertise in the sales data ecosystem (Trade Sales, Off Take, Customer Profitability Management, Financial Sales, Inventory, etc.) to generate cross-functional insights.</p><p>Lead sales planning efforts and KPI development.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>REPORTING &amp; ANALYTICS ENABLEMENT</strong></p><p>Develop dashboards and self-service tools to provide visibility and establish standardized frameworks for ad hoc reporting.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>DATA QUALITY, SYSTEMS OPTIMIZATION &amp; AUTOMATION</strong></p><p>Analyze and recommend improvements to data quality and reporting system automation in support of strategic initiatives.</p><p>Evaluate current reporting systems and streamline backend data connections to improve usability, scalability, and end-user adoption.</p>",

          "text": "<p>8+ years of business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data strategy experience, including 6+ years leading high-performing teams.</p><p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred</p><p>Capability in coding languages such as Python or R including SQL</p><p>Previous experience in cloud based data platforms, taking raw data and being able to create reporting from it, i.e. Databricks or Snowflake</p><p>Proficiency in BI Platforms such as Tableau or PowerBi with ownership of creation, sustainment and improvements to the reporting/systems</p><p>CRM tools and BI tool proficiency with the ability to create and distribute dashboards</p><p>Experience building and scaling business intelligence capabilities, reporting architecture, and data platforms in large, multi-site organizations preferred.</p><p>Understanding of statistical methodologies including linear regression, logistic regression, etc. and expertise in at least one analytical software package such as Excel, SAS, and/or related</p><p>Expertise in project management with strong organization, time management, presentation and multi-tasking skills</p><p>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, with the ability to perform complex functions within Excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis</p><p>Employee&#xa0;must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed</p><p>Employee&#xa0;frequently&#xa0;is&#xa0;required to walk and sit.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Employee is&#xa0;occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.</p>",
