Working closely with EU HQ and local markets, you will build a high-impact training ecosystem that empowers retail teams and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth across our smartphone and AIoT portfolio.</p>\n<p>You will sharpen and apply your expertise in training strategy, leadership, digital learning, stakeholder management, and performance analytics within a highly international environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Challenges:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the European retail training strategy to support business growth, elevate customer experience, and strengthen product and sales capabilities across markets.</li>\n<li>Develop high-quality retail training materials for European markets, covering product knowledge, sales capability, and customer experience, including classroom modules, micro-learning content, video materials, and certification tools.</li>\n<li>Lead and enable local training teams and external partners through structured Train-the-Trainer programs, governance frameworks, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Drive digital learning and LMS excellence, ensuring high adoption, engagement, and effective tracking of training performance.</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze training effectiveness, continuously optimizing programs to improve key retail KPIs such as sell-out, conversion rate, ASP, and premium product mix.</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent training standards, tools, and reporting mechanisms across multiple European markets.</li>\n<li>Serve as the key interface between China HQ, EU HQ, and local countries to align training strategy and execution.</li>\n<li>Prepare internal reports and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your profile includes:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.</li>\n<li>Minimum 6–8 years of professional training experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.</li>\n<li>Strong experience in retail training within consumer electronics, smartphone, or technology industry preferred.</li>\n<li>Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong project management and organizational capabilities.</li>\n<li>Experience managing cross-cultural teams in a regional setup.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).</li>\n<li>Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.</li>\n<li>Passionate about technology and innovation, with strong ownership and leadership presence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits</li>\n<li>Work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, multicultural team</li>\n<li>Start-up mentality with international company support</li>\n<li>Professional growth and development opportunities</li>\n<li>Open, authentic working environment promoting continuous learning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If this sounds like your next challenge, send us your application.</p>",
