          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>The People &amp; Culture Business Partner (P&amp;CBP) partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management.</p><p>This role has end-to-end accountability for all People &amp; Culture activities and plays a critical role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business priorities and local needs.</p><p><strong>What Your Impact Will Be:&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.</li><li>Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence.</li><li>Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring.</li></ul><p><strong>Talent Development &amp; Organizational Effectiveness</strong></p><ul><li>Lead talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.</li><li>Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility.</li><li>Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Culture</strong></p><ul><li>Lead employee relations ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.</li><li>Provide guidance on workplace investigations, performance issues, accommodations, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs.</li></ul>",
