This role is responsible for leading the development of complete electrical construction packages supporting power generation islands and mission-critical infrastructure, including data center operations.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in industrial power systems, EPC project execution, and electrical infrastructure design while demonstrating strong leadership, technical problem-solving, and multidisciplinary coordination capabilities. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the interconnection and interaction between generation, substation, and distribution systems.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Produce estimate-level preliminary electrical designs, conceptual layouts, and material take-offs for power generation and infrastructure projects </li>\n <li>Develop and assemble engineering scopes, technical specifications, drawings, and procurement packages for electrical equipment and materials </li>\n <li>Lead development of detailed electrical engineering deliverables including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Single-line diagrams </li>\n  <li>Motor elementary and control diagrams </li>\n  <li>Interconnect diagrams </li>\n  <li>Electrical cable schedules </li>\n  <li>Equipment specifications </li>\n  <li>Material take-offs (MTOs) </li>\n  <li>Grounding systems </li>\n  <li>Lighting and lightning protection systems </li>\n  <li>Heat trace system designs </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Review and validate vendor drawings, equipment submittals, and multidisciplinary engineering documents for electrical and instrumentation integration </li>\n <li>Perform engineering calculations and technical analyses to validate system design integrity, reliability, and compliance </li>\n <li>Conduct arc flash studies, grounding grid analysis, relay coordination studies, and power system evaluations </li>\n <li>Prepare complete construction packages and support field implementation activities during project execution </li>\n <li>Ensure designs meet client expectations, project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes and regulations </li>\n <li>Coordinate closely with civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation, and construction teams to ensure integrated project execution </li>\n <li>Provide field engineering support, startup assistance, commissioning support, and troubleshooting during project execution and turnover </li>\n <li>Identify, communicate, and document scope changes, technical issues, and design updates throughout the project lifecycle </li>\n <li>Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, technical meetings, and client coordination sessions </li>\n <li>Mentor junior engineers and support technical development initiatives within the electrical engineering team </li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives, engineering standards development, and project execution best practices </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations</p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university </li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required </li>\n <li>Minimum 10+ years of relevant industrial electrical engineering experience, preferably within EPC, power generation, utility, or infrastructure environments </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills & Knowledge</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong expertise in electrical power system design for industrial and power generation facilities </li>\n <li>Proficiency with electrical engineering and design software including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>AutoCAD </li>\n  <li>Plant 3D </li>\n  <li>Revit </li>\n  <li>Elecdes </li>\n  <li>ETAP </li>\n  <li>SKM </li>\n  <li>PSCAD </li>\n  <li>AGi32 </li>\n  <li>DIALux </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other applicable electrical codes and standards </li>\n <li>Experience performing arc flash studies, grounding analysis, relay coordination, and power system calculations </li>\n <li>Ability to develop efficient, cost-effective, and constructible electrical designs while maintaining schedule and quality objectives </li>\n <li>Experience with EPC project workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and engineering documentation standards </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Gas turbine, renewable energy, BESS, or substation infrastructure project experience </li>\n <li>Data center and mission-critical infrastructure experience preferred </li>\n <li>Experience supporting startup, commissioning, and field construction activities </li>\n <li>Familiarity with utility interconnection and power generation integration projects </li>\n <li>Leadership or mentoring experience within engineering teams preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll
