    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Operator</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Idaho Asphalt Supply, Inc. (IAS) is a leading asphalt supplier and marketer in the Inland Northwest and Pacific Northwest Regions. With plants in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, California, and Arizona, IAS supplies a diverse product line of asphalts, polymer-modified asphalt, and asphalt emulsions to the road maintenance and construction industry. IAS is looking for an energized and flexible self-starter to fill a full-time opening for an Operator I. This is an entry-level position.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for loading and unloading products, AC (asphalt concrete), and PMA&rsquo;s (polymer-modified asphalt).</p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to calculate load gallons.</li><li>Top and bottom load/unload asphalt trucks.</li><li>Dry out trailers.</li><li>Load/unload rail cars.</li><li>Raw materials and product sampling.</li><li>Forklift operation.</li><li>Basic (PM) preventative maintenance and troubleshoot of load/unload.</li><li>Learn the plant color code or ID system for the values, lines, pumps, and tanks.</li><li>Obtain general knowledge of products and plant layout.</li><li>This position will learn the PMA and emulsion production process.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><p>To be a strong fit for this opportunity you will have:</p><ul><li>Must be First Aid certified within 90-days of hire.</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous work experience, especially in the areas of manufacturing or production.
