This role focuses on building secure, scalable web services and APIs using .NET, C#, and Azure cloud technologies.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain web services and APIs using C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+).</li>\n<li>Develop and support SOAP and RESTful services for system integration.</li>\n<li>Implement secure service endpoints aligned with DoD RMF and cybersecurity requirements.</li>\n<li>Deploy and manage Azure resources using ARM templates and infrastructure as code.</li>\n<li>Integrate services with Oracle and SQL Server databases.</li>\n<li>Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.</li>\n<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across DevSecOps teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Critical Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of professional .NET and C# development experience.</li>\n<li>Experience building SOAP and RESTful web services.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of service-oriented and distributed architectures.</li>\n<li>Database integration using SQL Server and/or Oracle.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Background</span></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of IT experience, Associate’s degree with 7 years, or High School diploma with 9 years of relevant IT experience.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Success Behaviors (What does success look like?)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n<li>Quick learner – Builds skills and knowledge of the application and technologies used</li>\n<li>Is a self-starter, prioritizing getting the right tasks done first and has the ability to work remotely with little to no supervision</li>\n<li>Proactive – ensuring Web Services is using the most up-to-date technologies available for the system infrastructure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must maintain DoD 8570 certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.</li>\n<li>Compliance with DoD vaccination policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
