As we expand into the East Kootenay region, we are looking for hardworking Labourers who want to help build something meaningful and long-term alongside a growing, values-driven company.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Milestone Contracting is establishing a long-term presence in the East Kootenay region and is seeking Civil Labourers to join our growing team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is based out of Cranbrook, BC, with projects located throughout the Kootenays. Travel between projects may be required and will be compensated.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in working hard, supporting their crew, and contributing to safe and productive job sites.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As a Labourer, you will support civil construction crews on a variety of infrastructure and utility projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting crews with day-to-day construction activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supporting underground utility, grading, and earthworks operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">General site cleanup and organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting Operators, Pipelayers, and Foremen as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Loading and unloading materials and tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Following safe work practices and company safety standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working outdoors in varying weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Valid Class 5 Driver’s License considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to perform physically demanding work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong work ethic, collaborative and posses a growth mindset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
