Team members will support daily freight movement, trailer unloading, and warehouse organization while following all workplace safety standards.</p><h2>Primary Duties</h2><ul><li>Unload and load freight from trailers and shipping containers safely and efficiently</li><li>Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment when necessary</li><li>Separate, arrange, and stage products within designated warehouse areas</li><li>Keep workspaces clean, orderly, and compliant with safety expectations</li><li>Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to maintain productivity</li><li>Complete additional warehouse-related assignments as needed</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Must be available Monday through Friday with flexibility for varying shift schedules</li><li>Capable of repeatedly lifting and transporting items weighing up to 100 lbs</li><li>Strong dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail required</li><li>Ability to perform in a fast-moving, labor-intensive environment</li><li>Prior experience in warehouse operations or freight unloading is beneficial but not mandatory</li><li>Spanish/English bilingual skills are considered an advantage</li></ul><h2>Pay & Advancement</h2><ul><li>Incentive-based compensation structure</li><li>Weekly direct pay</li><li>Potential opportunities for long-term assignments and career growth within operations</li></ul>",
