font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prepare detailed estimates across all commercial roofing systems, including labor, materials, equipment, and pricing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform value engineering to recommend cost-effective solutions that meet client and project requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Review drawings, specifications, and warranty requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Support sales by attending client meetings to assess roof conditions and recommend solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain current material pricing and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Compile submittals, manufacturer documentation, and complex project-related paperwork</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Participate in pre-bid, post-bid, and handoff meetings with sales and project management teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Conduct risk analysis, generate job cost reports, and ensure compliance with contracts and company processes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
