Description
Description
Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support product operations, release readiness, regulatory execution, and cross-functional delivery across the Oracle Health EHR portfolio.
This role is well suited for a flexible product leader who can operate across product, engineering, regulatory, clinical, legal, QA, and business stakeholders. The person in this role may not directly own a single product area at first, but will help create structure, visibility, and execution discipline across complex initiatives that impact multiple product teams and lines of business.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management judgment with technical program management discipline. They should be comfortable turning ambiguous asks into clear plans, owners, work items, success measures, and follow-through. They should also understand the importance of regulated software development in healthcare IT, including concepts related to medical device classification, conformity documentation, safety and performance expectations, and regulatory readiness. Deep medical device certification expertise is not required, but the candidate must be able to partner effectively with regulatory, clinical, legal, and engineering teams.
This position will help strengthen how Oracle Health defines, tracks, governs, and delivers product work in a regulated healthcare environment, with emphasis on operational rigor, release management, documentation quality, and accountable execution.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or healthcare technology products.
Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept to launch.
Experience working with healthcare interoperability, healthcare data exchange, revenue cycle management, healthcare transaction services, or clinical workflow solutions.
Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or data-driven platforms.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including payer-provider interactions, clinical workflows, or healthcare administrative transactions.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and technologies such as FHIR, HL7, APIs, EDI/X12, or related frameworks.
Experience using data, analytics, customer insights, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with Oracle Health products, healthcare providers, payers, revenue cycle vendors, clearinghouses, or interoperability platforms.
Experience with prior authorization, claims management, eligibility verification, remittance processing, referrals, attachments, or related revenue cycle workflows.
Experience building AI-powered healthcare products, generative AI solutions, conversational AI, clinical decision support tools, or intelligent workflow automation.
Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycles, model evaluation methodologies, and responsible AI practices.
Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and related compliance frameworks.
Experience launching 0-to-1 products and driving market adoption.
Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms, SaaS products, and large-scale distributed systems.
MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced experience.
Responsibilities
Product Operations and Execution
Help define and improve operating models that support Product Management, Engineering, UX, QA, Delivery, Regulatory, Legal, Customer Success, and leadership stakeholders. Translate broad or ambiguous requests into clear action plans, owners, due dates, acceptance expectations, and trackable deliverables. Support product and release execution across multiple teams, workflows, or product areas. Create practical processes that improve visibility, accountability, and delivery quality without adding unnecessary overhead. Identify recurring execution gaps and recommend improvements to planning, work tracking, documentation, release readiness, and governance. Help teams maintain momentum when guidance is incomplete, delayed, or evolving.
Product Strategy and Roadmap Support
Partner with product leaders to connect roadmap priorities to user needs, clinical workflow value, customer commitments, business goals, and regulatory expectations. Support the translation of product strategy into requirements, milestones, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Help ensure product decisions are documented and aligned across impacted teams. Contribute to planning discussions for features, workflows, product areas, or internal operational initiatives.
Regulatory and Compliance Readiness
Partner with regulatory, clinical, legal, privacy, security, product, and engineering stakeholders to support healthcare software compliance activities. Apply working knowledge of regulated healthcare IT environments, including concepts related to medical device certification, medical device classification, conformity assessment, technical documentation, clinical evaluation, safety, and performance expectations. Help product teams understand and operationalize regulatory expectations into practical product and engineering workflows. Support documentation readiness for products, features, or workflows that may be subject to medical device or other healthcare regulatory requirements. Track commitments, open questions, risks, and deliverables related to regulatory reviews, compliance workflows, and release governance. Help establish clear standards for evidence, documentation, and operational readiness across product teams.
Requirements, Documentation, and Delivery
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and clinical stakeholders to develop clear requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release expectations. Review product documentation, release materials, internal enablement content, and customer-facing collateral for clarity, completeness, and alignment. Ensure requirements reflect clinical workflow needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and applicable healthcare regulatory considerations. Support release readiness activities, including dependency tracking, documentation completion, risk identification, and stakeholder sign-off. Help ensure work is logged accurately in Jira or other systems of record.
Tactical Work Tracking and Reporting
Break high-level initiatives into actionable Jira items, tasks, trackers, or work plans. Track open items, blockers, decisions, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and release impacts. Maintain clear status views that show what is complete, what is at risk, and what requires action. Build lightweight dashboards, reports, Confluence pages, trackers, or operational scorecards. Create concise summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Use reporting to identify patterns, reduce recurring friction, and improve planning discipline.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Build trusted relationships across Product Management, Engineering, UX, QA, Regulatory, Legal, Privacy, Security, Delivery, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership teams. Facilitate alignment when ownership, next steps, timelines, or priorities are unclear. Lead complex discussions across multiple teams and lines of business. Provide thoughtful recommendations when program-level risks, product tradeoffs, or regulatory dependencies require decision-making. Reinforce accountability while helping teams self-govern through clear structure and communication. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by combining product judgment, operational rigor, and practical regulatory awareness.
