Strong knowledge of content related to life skills, teaching methods, learning styles and educational research related to secondary learners.</p>\n<p>2. Demonstrate the ability to gather, interpret and evaluate data for the purpose of program modification and interventions.</p>\n<p>3. Strong communication, organization and planning skills.</p>\n<p>4. Positively impact achievement and differentiate services based on the needs of the students by supporting programs designed to increase student achievement.</p>\n<p>5. Ability to work with a diverse student population.</p>\n<p>6. Demonstrate problem solving skills through collaborative work with students, teachers, parents and administrators.</p>\n<p>7. Demonstrate skills in supervision of students.</p>\n<p>8. Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.</p>\n<p>9. Demonstrated ability to form relationships with students and to serve as an academic coach/mentor.</p>\n<p>10. Willing to support and actively participate in a professional learning community.</p>\n<p>11.
