Job Summary<br><br>This senior level analyst position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Human Resources (HR) Organization. As part of the HR Technology team, this role provides complex analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes. Generally, provides technical input for Digital/vendor support.<br><br>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li>Responsible for application support and enhancement projects working with the HR Technology team, HR Process Owners and other stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced in Fusion Compensation functionalities, including advanced knowledge and experience in Core HR.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in configuring and deploying compensation plans, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs&nbsp;</li><li>Has good knowledge on HDL’s, Workflows, SQL, OTBI, fast Formulas, eligibility profiles.&nbsp;</li><li>Has a fair understanding of Data flow and can manage integrations.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for systematic intake and coordination of the design, build, test, and deploy phases of the application in accordance with established governance&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for planning releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned Oracle module(s)/HR application(s)&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible in meetings and resolves priority issues with functional leaders/business stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides consultative support to Functional Owners and other stakeholders regarding configuration and system functionality to automate processes and address business issues. Oversees analysis to ensure optimal configuration&nbsp;</li><li>Mentors and provides leadership development to team members and promotes continuous learning. Building a successful team and effective working relationships is a priority&nbsp;</li><li>Provides status reporting, risk &amp; issue log, and application updates on a frequency agreed. Appropriately escalates issues that may put projects, deliverables, timelines, or day to day support at risk&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to meet project plan deliverables and timeline with a focus on standardization, simplification, and alignment of business processes across the enterprise&nbsp;</li><li>Manages engagement with external vendors for support, enhancements, roadmap discussions and issue reporting/escalation&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for configuration of application according to design requirements and specifications. Works with Functional team to optimize processes and evolve to best meet business needs&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for Tier 2 support escalations and issue resolution, supports change management with system information.&nbsp;</li><li>Champions data and process governance&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the complete process of identifying, designing, developing, and deploying system enhancements or bug fixes, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business needs. Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless system performance and user satisfaction.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br>III. Qualifications&nbsp;<br><br>A.
