We are looking for a <strong>Hydraulic Assembly </strong><strong data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"735\">Supervisor&nbsp;</strong> to lead daily operations within our hydraulic assembly area and help ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.</p><p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1125\">This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting employees, coordinating workflow, solving problems, and helping the team succeed. Lead and support employees responsible for hydraulic cylinder and component assembly<br data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1268\">&bull; Assign work and coordinate daily activities to support production schedules and customer requirements<br data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1374\">&bull; Train, coach, and develop employees to improve technical capability and overall performance<br data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1470\">&bull; Assist with onboarding and ensure employees receive appropriate process and safety training<br data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1566\">&bull; Address performance concerns and provide input into employee evaluations and development discussions<br data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1671\">&bull; Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment<br data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1742\">&bull; Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and company values</p><h3 data-section-id=\"jeucru\" data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1841\">Operations Responsibilities</h3><p data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"2652\">&bull; Execute production schedules and monitor workflow to meet customer commitments<br data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1926\">&bull; Ensure assemblies meet required specifications, drawings, and quality standards<br data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2010\">&bull; Coordinate labor, tools, materials, and workspace to support production efficiency<br data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2097\">&bull; Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues while escalating complex concerns as needed<br data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2195\">&bull; Partner with Production Control, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support production flow<br data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2303\">&bull; Support Lean initiatives including 5S, standard work, and continuous improvement activities<br data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2399\">&bull; Review production output and maintain required records related to labor, throughput, and efficiency<br data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2503\">&bull; Communicate material needs and support readiness for scheduled work<br data-start=\"2572\" data-end=\"2575\">&bull; Provide hands-on support as needed to help the team meet production goals</p><h2 data-section-id=\"nbk8dt\" data-start=\"2654\" data-end=\"2679\">What We&#39;re Looking For</h2><p data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"3411\">&bull; High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred<br data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2771\">&bull; A minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, ideally within hydraulics, heavy equipment, or related industries<br data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"2902\">&bull; Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred<br data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"2967\">&bull; Strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes and blueprint interpretation<br data-start=\"3051\" data-end=\"3054\">&bull; Ability to coordinate workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment<br data-start=\"3128\" data-end=\"3131\">&bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3181\">&bull; Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and safety procedures<br data-start=\"3274\" data-end=\"3277\">&bull; Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ERP systems<br data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3351\">&bull; Required PPE may include safety glasses, hearing protection, and other required safety equipment.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1xt9vr0\" data-start=\"4295\" data-end=\"4319\">Physical Requirements</h2><p data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4672\">Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employees regularly use hands and arms for tools, equipment, and materials and may occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
