      "content": "\n<li>Complete a blood collection with venipuncture and capillary collection</li>\n<li>Ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and transportation of blood samples to the laboratory</li>\n<li>Support the RNs and LPNs in the delivery of patient care with basic nursing functions&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Greet clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Address all inquiries in a professional and courteous way&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needs&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Answer client questions in accordance with company procedures&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain client records in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements, always ensuring discretion and confidentiality&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with any other clinic duties as required, including supporting other team members inclusive of our Health Care Workers&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prepare for site deployment in advance for easy drop off and breakdown site for easy pick up&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Oversee and ensure supplies, tests, client literature and other supplies as required for the clinic are made available&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all times&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with any other clinic duties as required, including supporting other team members inclusive of Health Care Workers&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain good working knowledge of the services provided including looking for opportunities to grow Novir’s presence at the site (moving from reactive to proactive testing, including athletics testing, special events)&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Collects blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary technique and processes the samples according to laboratory guidelines&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Process billing information and collect payments when required&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Delivers samples to the laboratory in established time frames.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>May perform waived testing&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide superior customer service to all patients&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Administrative and clerical duties as necessary&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Travel to onsite health locations&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "Key Experience We're Looking For:",
      "content": "\n<li>3+ years in an MA or LPN role&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience working with pediatric patients</li>\n<li>Experience collecting pediatric blood specimens</li>\n<li>Previous experience in patient facing role&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong ability to communicate effectively across teams and clients&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to use Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and in house systems&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to drive between multiple clinic sites and have responsibility for various sites&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n"
