    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Join Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) as a <strong>Special Education Program Supervisor</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>\n<p>Assist in overseeing and promoting a Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions program—specifically special education classrooms work.  Provides supervision to the professionals and instructional assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians that will result in the achievement of the educational, social, and emotional, as well as the transition and employment goals of the students, and the professional development of the staff. Includes creating, developing, directing, maintaining, and evaluating the range of direct and support services provided to students in grades kindergarten through 12th grade. The position requires knowledge of PDE, IDEA, and chapter 14 regulations, as well as competency in IEPs, positive behavior support strategies, classroom management, and MTSS/PBISI. This program includes tuition and student loan repayment!  #sponsored\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21+</li>\n <li>Valid Drivers License</li>\n <li>Master’s degree in Special Education or related field<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>PA Department of Education certification as a supervisor of special education, pupil services, principal or education administrator </li>\n <li>At least five years (two of which must be in leadership capacity) experience in an educational setting working with individuals with autism and/or other special education populations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
