This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ASHRAE 188, CMS, Joint Commission) and supports clients in reducing waterborne pathogen risks, optimizing water system performance, and implementing sustainable water safety programs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with knowledge of hospital operations, plumbing systems, and water safety best practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Delivery:</span><span> </span>Lead end-to-end delivery of water management services for hospitals and/or hospitality from initiation through closeout.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Retention:</span><span> </span>Drive client retention by fostering strong relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of value, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns to maintain long-term partnerships.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Engagement:</span><span> </span>Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Scheduling:</span><span> </span>Develop detailed project execution plans in alignment with the scope of work and in coordination with site-level points of contact</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Oversight:</span><span> </span>Coordinate with engineering teams, water quality specialists, and infection control professionals to implement site-specific water management programs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk Management:</span><span> </span>Identify project risks (technical, operational, or regulatory) and develop mitigation strategies.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Documentation:</span><span> </span>Ensure all projects meet healthcare and/or hospitality water safety standards, including CDC and ASHRAE guidelines.
