We foster an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is celebrated and every voice matters. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A day in the life:</strong> </p>\n<p>Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.</p>\n<h2>What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for all basic cleaning</li>\n <li>Cleaning of restrooms includes restocking toilet tissue and other dispensers, emptying trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean toilets and urinals</li>\n <li>Move furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, empty trash and replace liners</li>\n <li>Check all trash containers prior to moving it</li>\n <li>Cleaning includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor and spot cleaning glass</li>\n <li>Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns</li>\n <li>Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year experience</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work assigned hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb and reach</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift, move and use containers of water, cleaning fluids, and germicidal agents</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and use wet mop and other janitorial equipment</li>\n <li>Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area</li>\n <li>Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>The Harvard Promise</h2>\n<p>Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
