This team member will assist patients and prescribers with responding to medication refill requests promptly, working with insurance processing prior authorizations, and identifying and completing medication assistance program applications. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous work experience completing similar tasks in the healthcare setting required. Current certification as pharmacy technician, nurse, or MA preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
