Evaluate program performance and productivity outcomes and develop enhancement strategies for underperforming areas. Ensure CHI program KPIs are aligned with metrics and deliverables.</li>\r\n\t<li>Update and maintain Policy and Procedure manuals in compliance with DHS shelter operations guidance and CHI policies.
