    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Phlebotomist – Donor Services: Collects units of blood or blood components from volunteer blood donors while monitoring collection equipment and the donor for signs of adverse reactions.&nbsp; Performs vital signs, point of care testing, and reviews standard questionnaire to evaluate safety of blood donor and transfusion recipient.&nbsp;Adheres to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the collection of blood components to meet quality and safety requirements.
