If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide first level compliance monitoring and investigations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing planning for specific applications, services, networks and servers as required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with applications/tools including but not limited to SIEM, IPS, Netflow, e-mail gateway protection, and DLP tools.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform compliance audits against institutionally accepted security controls.</p></li>\n <li><p>Record and track IT security incidents, including but not limited to compromised accounts, e-mail threats, and abuse reports from various sources.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform such other related tasks and duties that are assigned or required.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available for 20 hours per week.</li>\n <li>0 to 3 years of previous internship experience</li>\n <li>Major in Computer Science, Information Science, Cybersecurity or enrolled in a degree program with a concentration in Information Technology will be strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Internship may be located in the following office locations; Phoenix, Dallas, Boise, Orlando, Orange County, Denver (Littleton), and Walnut Creek</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>\n<p>An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.</p>",
