    "description": "<p><span>PMR Healthcare is seeking a friendly, experienced Medical Assistant in Bozeman, MT. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview </span></p>\n<p><span>The private PMR Clinic that you will support in this position provides primary and occupational care to the employees and families of one of PMR's clients.</span><span> The clinic is open Monday through Friday (no weekend shifts/rotations!) and closed on holidays.  <span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Employees will receive all necessary site-specific training, ongoing support, and medical direction directly from PMR Healthcare. </span></span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Hospitality:</span> Warmly greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scheduling &amp; Communication: </span><span>Professionally answer the phone and emails following PMR policy to schedule patients, follow-up on specialist appointments, or referral inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Preparation:<span> </span></span>Welcome patients, check them in/out of appointments, and complete patient intake </li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support Patient Care:</span> Assist providers during examinations; prepare laboratory specimens; perform Point of Care tests; administer and dispense medications; call prescriptions to pharmacies; perform venipunctures, spirometry tests, EKG, and Visual Acuity; etc. as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinic Preparation: </span>Maintain a safe, clean work environment; refreshing and preparing exam rooms between visits and following procedures for inventory control. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation:</span> Complete documentation specified by PMR with the EMR. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Update Professional Knowledge: </span>Maintain all required certification(s).</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Hiring Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Medical Assistant</span></li>\n<li><span>2+ years of work experience in one of the above fields preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Phlebotomy/blood drawing skills/experience preferred </span></li>\n<li><span>Computer competency required </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Self motivated; able to perform duties with minimal supervision</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal skills; able to calmly respond to patient questions/concerns and build relationships</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Get To Know PMR Healthcare</span></p>\n<p><span>PMR Healthcare operates private clinics for employer groups across the country.
