    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <strong>Packing & Logistics Specialist</strong> to join our team at Element South Windsor. This role is responsible for preparing, packing, and coordinating shipments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $21- $22/hr DOE </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pack, label, and prepare aerospace components and materials for shipment in accordance with company and customer specifications</li>\n <li>Ensure all packaging meets aerospace handling, traceability, and protection requirements</li>\n <li>Comply with ITAR and export control regulations when handling controlled items and documentation</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate shipping records, certifications, and chain-of-custody documentation</li>\n <li>Coordinate domestic and international shipments with approved carriers</li>\n <li>Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation prior to shipment</li>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly</li>\n <li>Eligibility to work with ITAR-controlled materials (U.S. person status required under ITAR)</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and move throughout the shift</li>\n <li>Prior experience in aerospace, logistics, or regulated environments preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
