      "content": "<div>\n<h3>Building Operations &amp; Maintenance</h3>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, inspect, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire/life safety, and general building infrastructure</li>\n<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance in accordance with established schedules</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues</li>\n<li>Monitor building management systems (BMS/BAS) and respond to alarms</li>\n\n<h3>Work Orders &amp; Documentation</h3>\n\n<li>Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner using a CMMS</li>\n<li>Maintain logs, inspection reports, and equipment records</li>\n<li>Assist with audits and regulatory inspections</li>\n\n<h3>Safety &amp; Compliance</h3>\n\n<li>Follow OSHA, EPA, and local code requirements</li>\n<li>Identify and correct safety hazards</li>\n<li>Properly handle chemicals, tools, and equipment</li>\n<li>Participate in safety meetings and training</li>\n\n<h3>Vendor &amp; Team Support</h3>\n\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed</li>\n<li>Escort vendors and monitor work for quality and safety compliance</li>\n<li>Support other engineering and facilities staff as assigned</li>\n\n<h3>Customer &amp; Site Support</h3>\n\n<li>Respond professionally to tenant and client requests</li>\n<li>Communicate equipment status, repairs, and service updates</li>\n<li>Support after‑hours or emergency response as required</li>\n\n</div>"
