This position will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to ensure service availability and suggesting improvements.</p>\n<p><br>Due to the critical nature of the infrastructure and network the team operate a shift rotation to 24/7 “Follow the Sun” model. We use ITIL as a tool, not a crutch, and encourage every team member to improve processes for efficiency, correctness, and value.
