You will have the opportunity to work with an experience and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus on programming and supporting CMM.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>CMM Programming:</strong> Leverage existing PC-DMIS Programming Experience to design Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) programs for various feature types, stages of a parts throughout the process flow (roughed, semi-finish, finished) to ensure a robust inspection routines of machined components.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Ensure accurate representation of part features in alignment with GD&amp;T standards.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate documentation of inspection programs, including measurement data location, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Communicate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers and production teams to identify next steps, address quality issues, opportunities, and implement corrective actions.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes and optimize inspection procedures.</li><li><strong>Training Support:</strong> Assist in training initiatives for inspectors on CMM operation, inspection techniques, and quality standards.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality regulations, and company policies in all quality-related activities.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Utilize root cause analysis tools to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>3+ years of experience in quality assurance, CMM programming.</li><li>Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
