This role is responsible for developing high-quality, consumer-focused content that enhances engagement. Initiative, interpersonal skills, and project management skills are needed to succeed in a large, interconnected department.  And other duties as assigned. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Minimum Education</strong>BA/BS in Marketing(preferred) Journalism, English, or Communication \n<strong>Required Skills</strong>● Excellent written communication skills required● Ability to communicate status and progress on multiple stories simultaneously● Ability to independently manage projects with competing priorities in a large organization● Skilled at conveying complex ideas in simple and concise ways● Able to establish trust, credibility, and to coordinate with other teams● Ability to write and edit content for a variety of mediums targeting a many segmented audiences● Strong attention to detail● A drive to stay current on the latest digital content trends\n<strong>Minimum Work Experience</strong>3+ years of marketing/communications/writing experience required with demonstrated ability to write high-quality, compelling content.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
