      "content": "\n<li>Lead and support data and low-voltage cabling crews on large warehouse and distribution center projects (500k–2M+ sq ft)</li>\n<li>Remain hands-on with Cat6 and fiber installations while overseeing quality and productivity</li>\n<li>Install and oversee paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling</li>\n<li>Plan daily manpower, work sequencing, and production goals</li>\n<li>Read prints, plan cable pathways, and manage MDF/IDF buildouts</li>\n<li>Operate boom and scissor lifts (40–60 ft work)</li>\n<li>Attend construction meetings and coordinate with other trades</li>\n<li>Complete daily and weekly progress updates and project spreadsheets</li>\n<li>Track, manage, and maintain project materials and onsite inventory</li>\n<li>Communicate status, risks, labor needs, and material requirements to Project Managers</li>\n<li>Enforce all safety, quality, and schedule requirements</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>5+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience</li>\n<li>Prior Foreman or Lead Technician experience</li>\n<li>Strong Cat6 and single-mode/multi-mode fiber termination and testing knowledge</li>\n<li>Experience leading crews of 4–20 technicians</li>\n<li>Experience with paging, wireless, CCTV, and access control cabling</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at height and in large warehouse environments</li>\n<li>Proficient with smartphones, email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office tools</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with Technicians and Project Managers</li>\n<li>Basic telecommunications tools, PPE, and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively and work 50–60 hour weeks</li>\n"
